DELIVERY POLICY

If your masterpiece is in stock (properly identified on the product web page as 'Add to cart'), it will be shipped on the next business day.

If your masterpiece is on pre-order (properly identified on the product web page as 'Pre-order'), it will be made after your order.

Due to the artisanal production of piece by piece, we need a few days to handcraft your masterpiece.

If you have an important date that we should consider, please leave a note in the 'cart' section before proceeding to checkout.

The shipping method varies depending on the type of product and may include CTT Express, CTT Portugal, TNT, or FedEx. For specific details regarding delivery estimates and shipping costs, please refer to the 'SHIPPING/DELIVERY' section on the product page.

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to track your order online.

Shipments are made via registered mail worldwide, delivered in person.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES: It is with regret that due to the War between Ukraine and Russia, we are unable to ship to these countries. We hope that peace will be restored soon.

These are indicative delivery times for major destinations and do not include customs clearance time, if applicable.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Galeria d’Estórias is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery time (business days) from the business day after shipment (does not include holidays in the country of origin and destination).

At Galeria d’Estórias, we do not guarantee that all products included in the online store are immediately in stock at the time of your order. We ask for your understanding regarding delivery times, as all products are handmade, and some processes are driven by nature that we cannot control.

Is it for a birthday gift or another important event for you? Contact us, and we will prioritize your request to meet expectations!

If, for any reason, we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance by establishing a new date.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it shall be understood that the 'delivery' has been made or that the order has been delivered when signed by the responsible party at the agreed-upon address.

Delivery Impossibility If delivery attempt is not possible due to the fact that no one is available to accept it, the respective carrier will leave a pickup notice to go to the nearest carrier service counter.

If the order is returned to Galeria d’Estórias establishment due to unsuccessful delivery due to absence at the address, failure to pick up, insufficient/incorrect address, among others, due to a customer error, Galeria d’Estórias is not responsible for re-shipping costs. These re-shipping fees on return items will be charged to the customer on a second attempt to ship/deliver.

Customs, Duties, and Fees

Please note that all prices mentioned on this website do not include import duties. For countries outside of Europe, your order may be subject to an import duty or customs fee, which are charged once your order arrives in the delivery country. Galeria d’Estórias cannot be held responsible for these fees or taxes.
